Every day is annoying: Maya

Jajarkot/Kshitij

Her name is Maya Gharti. Who l,ost her husband and son in an e*arthquake. Only she and her one year daughter were able to survive from e*arthquake. She said- how can I say that day. It was over a month, every day is annoying because I remember them.
Today, also I saw them in my dream and I said to god why they were only in my dream? Why not in reality in my day? In each moments of my dream they were shared with me but after opening my eyes they were not there.

Likewise, remembering my son and husband. While my daughter is crying than I remember my husband so much, when she is playing with me I forget everything that happened but when she sleeps I remember my husband and son. Each day, I thought she is everything for me; she is my world, no one is here to encourage me even my mother-in-law and father-in -law are neglecting us.

I l*ost my husband he was twenty-six years old and my son was five years. Always I asked to god why you took both of them from me? I was so alone. I become w*idow in my young age of twenty-six. I thought that I am the only one facing that p-ain in the world. We slept together in our house but when I woke up pieces of wood was on me and my daughter was c$overed by mud and rocks then slowly I pulled her. My husband and son were b$uried by the house the neighbors re-scue them but they weren’t a:live any more. The e*arthquake left many of these similar stories in Jajarkot and West-Rukum.
